Getting to the Show

The London Bike Show takes place at ExCeL, London.
ExCeL London is located just 10 minutes from Canary Wharf, in the heart of London’s Royal Docks.

There is easy access to the venue – with three onsite DLR (Docklands Light Railway) stations, easy access to the London Underground (Jubilee Line – two stops away on the DLR from Canning Town for ExCeL west entrance), parking for 3,700 cars and international airport only 5 minutes away.

ExCeL London is located at: One Western Gateway, E16, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL.

There will be free bike parking at the show but you will need to bring a lock with you.

To view the best route to the venue from any mainline London station please use our interactive travel map and click on your arrival station.

The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route towards ExCeL and ICC London from Central London. Alight at Canning Town to change onto the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) bound for Beckton (use stairs, escalators or lift up to the DLR platform). DLR trains toward the venue normally depart from platform 3. Visitors should be aware that only DLR trains in the direction of Beckton serve ExCeL London – do not use DLR services in the direction of Woolwich Arsenal from Canning Town.

ExCeL London and ICC London are located in zone 3. London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It is recommended to purchase a return ticket or All-Day Travelcard to avoid queuing on your journey home. Single, return and Travelcard tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines at Custom House and Prince Regent Stations. These machines are also enabled for Oystercard ‘Pay As You Go’ top up. Oystercard users are reminded to touch in and out at the card readers at DLR stations to avoid paying excess fares.

ROAD:
When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.

The venue is located outside the Congestion Charge Zone but is included in the Low Emission Zone. The Low Emission zone seeks to improve the air quality in the city by deterring the most polluting vehicles from driving in the area.

BUS:
Public bus services 147 and 241 depart from bay B of Canning Town station to Custom House (access to the ExCeL is then via the DLR footbridge).
