The four days of the show feature a packed program of head to head racing, with the best riders in the UK in action each day in pursuit of the DMR cash prize fund. It’s all going off!
Pump Tracks have started to emerge all over the UK in recent years. From city centres to rural parks, Pump Tracks take up a small amount of space and provide about as much fun as you can have on a bicycle. No matter what bike you have, or what your skill level is, a pump track is the place to have fun and learn new skills. These new pump tracks have produced a style of riding that combines the skills of all mountain bike disciplines – 4X, Downhill, Cross Country and Dirt Jumping.
Pump Track racing has really taken off Worldwide over the past few years and bike brand DMR were quick to acknowledge this last year by launching the ‘DMR Pump Track Challenge’ Series. This time the track will be different to the other pump tracks used so far in the series. The riders will be racing head to head on two 200m long timber tracks over rollers and berms. As riders conquer the track in less than 20 seconds, head to head racing will make for high-adrenaline, spectacular racing.
